Begin to critically analyze the text (construct/build meaning). 
You are not summarizing the essay to present. 
Pick something specific within the article that you wish to discuss as a group.  
You have the autonomy of presenting anyway you want

Medium:
  • If you are using multi-media, please bring device to use in class that can be used with projector(ex. laptop computer)
  • If using power point, save in USB drive
  • YouTube does not work in class
  • If handing out material, please make sufficient copies

  • Finish reading second half of article (no response paper due on second half)
  • Highlight important sections within the article
  • Mark page numbers and be ready to reference them

What is Constructive vs Receptive?

Provide me with one outside source that discusses Pedagogy and Critical Reading.  Tell me a little bit about your source and the information provided by paraphrasing me a paragraph based on what you read.
